Hi, I'm Megan Hajdo.
I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE.
I’m a film school graduate, a Virginia native, and I’ve been filming weddings for the past 4 years. My goal is to create artistic films that bring you back in time. I make films that are centered around you and reflect your love and relationship (because your wedding film should feel totally, completely like you). Weddings, from 100-person parties to two-person elopements, are a beautiful celebration of love and telling those stories through film has truly changed my life.
You should know... I’m an empath: a hopeless romantic, an artist, a sensitive soul. I cry during great TV episodes, I’m highly attuned to other people’s emotions, and editing your vows makes me tear up. This means I pour my heart into my films and feel so much for each couple and strive to make their films personal and unique to them.
Think of your wedding film as a personalized short film, a professionally shot documentary of a tiny snapshot of your lives. I am so privileged to get to tell the story of your relationship and to capture some of your most intimate and special moments so you can look back on them forever. To celebrate the love you share with you, your love, and your loved ones. To preserve every fleeting moment.
When I’m not filming or editing, I am traveling, baking, and hiking with my boyfriend of 6 years. He is my college sweetheart and the most intuitive, kind, and supportive person I’ve ever met. We love to travel, go out for iced lattes, and just stay in making homemade bread, gourmet meals, and watching great films.
